20″ Antique Whitby Jet shell cameo collar

A truly rare survivor of the “Jet Age” this Whitby Jet collar is Victorian craftsmanship at its finest. Featuring three shell cameos depicting classic ladies which are suspended from an ornate Whitby Jet chain interlinked with ornately carved panels with Greek key and quatrefoil designs. It’s probably amongst the best few pieces on the market today. This should be considered an investment piece. The length of the chain is 20″. The cameos measure 30x25mm and 20x15mm.
