Antique Whitby Jet brooch “cameo and cross”

An unusual antique Whitby Jet brooch featuring a cameo panel on a croak shaped mount. It measures 42x42mm. There are a number of chipped corners and a heavy blow to her temple but it’s overall very wearable. the catch is in working order.
