Facetted Antique Whitby Jet Bracelet “Charlotte “

Antique facetted Whitby jet bracelet. This is a fine example of victorian craftsmanship. Made up from 14 rectangular panels, each one facetted to create a stunning effect  when worn on the wrist .An elegant and unique addition to any jewellery collection.

The bracelet measures approx 60mm across its internal diameter with a circumference of approx 170mm and is threaded on elastic to enable ease of placement upon the wrist and makes wearing comfortable. As does the incredible light weight of the piece. The panels are each approx 34mm long and the width of each varies slightly between  12mm to 14mm.

The bracelet is in very good condition, exhibiting just a small number of small nibbles on the underside flat surface which e would consider to be consistent with its age do not detract from the overall look of the piece.
